Logging on dramas

I only seem to be able to log on with the lower log on section every now & again Sometimes it shows that I'm online in the who's online section but I'm still a guest at the top. Does anyone else suffer the same dramas or am I just "not holding my mouth right"

I seem to be able to log in by going to the bottom log in section & select 15 or 30 minutes log in & no dramas, most of the time, bottomline it's only a computer/internet issue
